DOOL spoilers reveal that Johnny and Chanel ended up in bed. Not only did they get intimate, but Chanel actually spent the night. The next morning, Chanel woke up to a nightmare of her killing Paulina. Johnny and Chanel bonded over how similar Paulina and Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney) are.

Then, Johnny suggested they go to Europe on a romantic vacation. At first, Chanel declined because she didn’t want Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) doing all the work. However, Johnny eventually convinced Chanel to say yes.

In the winter promo, Johnny and Chanel are making the rounds to share the exciting news. Johnny and Chanel look at each other like they are completely in love as they share the news with Allie and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams). They also go to tell EJ and Paulina.

There are really only two things that this news could be. Either Chanel is pregnant or the two got married.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Paulina liked Johnny before she found out he was a DiMera. Paulina has heard all about the family and warned Chanel to stay away from them.

Plus, Chanel played the marriage card once before to get a payout from Paulina. Of course, fans recall that Chanel and Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) plan failed. So, Paulina might think that this is just another scheme, especially after Chanel destroyed Paullina’s relationships with Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers), Eli Grant (Lamon Archey), Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and the few friends she’s made since arriving in Salem.

In the winter promo, EJ can be seen in the background glaring at Johnny and Chanel as they deliver their news. It seems that EJ already knows what they are going to announce and isn’t pleased about it. We know that Johnny and EJ are battling it out over money. Johnny was cut off when he refused to work for DiMera Enterprises.

Maybe EJ’s had a change of heart since then or there might be some loophole that gives Johnny money if he marries. Of course, there could be another reason why EJ is so furious with Johnny. EJ could believe that Chanel is just interested in the family fortune. So, we will have to see how far EJ will go to “fix” what he sees as a major problem.
