As fans know, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) is the granddaughter of Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). Victor never liked Ben and even after Ciara’s rescue, urged his granddaughter to be thankful she didn’t remember her husband.

If the unexpected guest is Justin, it will be him delivering divorce papers to Ben. In fact, the new issue of Soap Opera Digest confirms that Ben does get divorce paperwork. It’s just not clear who exactly drops them off. Ben is devastated all over again. He is still reeling from rescuing Ciara and her not even remembering their entire relationship. Then, she left with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) to begin a new life in South Africa.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben takes the divorce papers and goes up to the old cabin. It is the same place where they first connected after Ciara’s motorcycle crash. It is what started the “CIN” journey. What Ben is doing is trying to get that psychic connection that they experienced when Ciara was presumed dead. He is trying to think of all the places where that connection would be the strongest. Then, Ben decides to burn the divorce papers as he refuses to give up on his wife. He might have let her go to South Africa with Theo. However, that doesn’t mean Ben is letting go of her in his heart.

Ben decides that he has to go to South Africa to try and reason with Ciara. However, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) stops him. She explains that him showing up in South Africa will be too much and might be considered stalking. Claire suggests that Ben just be patient and wait.

Suddenly, Claire kisses Ben really passionately. Ben stops her and explains that they can’t go there as he is in love with Ciara. As for fans worrying that Claire might become obsessed, that won’t happen. Interviews confirm that the two talk it out and then move on like the kiss never even happened. It’s probably a good thing, too. Claire needs her own man, not another one of Ciara’s exes.
