The mayor of Salem is rushed to the hospital and it might be Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) fault. Abe’s health crisis could convince Paulina that it’s simply too dangerous for the truth to come out.

DOOL spoilers reveal that Paulina is keeping another huge secret. Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) is Paulina’s secret daughter. However, Lani believes that Tamara Price (Marilyn McCook) gave birth to her. The Salem detective never doubted that Paulina was her aunt. Lani didn’t have any reason to suspect otherwise since she was raised by Tamara since she was born.

When Lani grew up and wanted to find her father, Abe had no idea that she existed. The father/daughter duo are very close these days, which is going to make Paulina’s confession even more explosive. When Lani secretly tracked down her father, which led her to Abe, Tamara couldn’t say anything. If she even implied that there was a chance Abe wasn’t Lani’s father, then there would be way too many questions.

Due to Abe’s age and due to him being rushed to the hospital, it sounds serious enough to involved an ambulance. Could Abe have a heart attack and if so, could this convince Paulina to abandon her confession plan?

However, this particular person wouldn’t be acting in Abe or Lani’s best interests.
