Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers tease that this summer there will be hot triangles, hot returns, and hot mysteries for Days of Our Lives viewers ahead!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Hot Triangles

Days Of Our Lives viewers will note from the promo that there are some triangles heating up, one of which will involve the newly single Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) each involved in a romance with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Brady and Philip’s romantic rivalry over Chloe started way back in high school, with Philip dating the nerdy girl over a bet. That didn’t go over well with Chloe, and later she and Brady married since she was falling for Brady while dating Philip. But it didn’t last because of Brady’s drug addiction, but to this day she is still attracted to both men, and they both to her! Philip’s saving her from the clutches of Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will push her a little more towards Philip and she’ll be torn between two lovers. This will be a dramatic rescue with Philip’s apparent intervention into a would-be knife fight between the two women.

Another triangle that will continue is that between Sami DiMera, (Alison Sweeney) Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo), and her husband, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Sami will continue to slip up with Lucas even as EJ returns to Salem to try and fix his marriage! The rivalry between Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) and Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) over Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also continue – although Kate just wants to make them pay for getting back together when she was kidnapped by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Kate will feign blindness and the two will make out right in front of her, all the while Jake pretending he’s still committed to Kate. As Kate herself found out through her experience with Kristen, hell hath no fury as a woman scorned, and it won’t be long before Jake and Gabi are on the receiving end of her fury! Also, a new couple will emerge when Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). Xander will take up for Gwen and try to eliminate the problem of Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry). Snyder will be absolutely all choked up by Xander’s devotion to Gwen!

DOOL Spoilers – Hot Returns

Days of Our Lives “Ericole” fans will be delighted to see that Eric Brady, along with portrayer Greg Vaughan, finally returns from his mission in Africa this summer. Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will suffer from a guilty conscience as Eric returns and she cannot forget her impatient and drunken one-night stand with Xander. Eric will see that something is wrong and urge her to open up, but will she really foul things up by confessing her indiscretion to him? Days of Our Lives viewers will admit that true, it was hard for Nicole to compete with the other woman when the other woman was the mission field of the former Father Eric, but maybe she’ll be able to forgive herself so she doesn’t have to seek penance from her husband!

The aforementioned EJ DiMera also returns, and wants to fix his marriage with Sami, but will she reap what she sowed by threatening to rat out Nicole to Eric? Pot, meet kettle! Also returning is a SORASED and recast Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) who can be seen in the promo hugged tightly by his older sister Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will also return, to try and ensure her divorce from Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) goes through – she’ll have a reason to push him to sign the papers, but he’ll burn them. It looks like Ben will have to try harder to jog Ciara’s memory of their love!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Hot Mysteries

Days of Our Lives viewers have noted that Ben has become close friends with Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and he, Claire, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Allie will take a trip down to a lake to cool off and relax. However, they will make a grisly discovery when they discover a body in the lake – and whoever it turns out to be, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) won’t think it’s an accident. Whoever it was who has been discovered, Days of Our Lives viewers will notice that Allie is in tears – someone she was close to, perhaps, or is she just upset by the sight? Maybe it’ll be someone they are all better off without. In other hot mysteries, Paulina Price (Jackée Henry) returns also and she’ll be beset with a very unpleasant surprise visitor and she will be upset – very upset! Surely Paulina wouldn’t be so upset as to drown the surprise visitor! Others have been much more deserving of that watery grave in recent Days of Our Lives episodes!
