Paulina is a real estate agent and wants to change that. Abe is the mayor of Salem and Paulina wants to work with him to improve the square. However, at the moment, Paulina’s pushy attitude is causing Abe to think twice about working with her. Paulina’s experience in real estate could really help fill the empty buildings in the square and bring new businesses into Salem. However, spending so much time together could also lead to something else as well. Since Abe does not have a girlfriend, could he and Paulina do more than work together?

Days of Our Lives Abe thought that he and Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams) might give their romance another try. Then Abe got with Shelia Watkins (Tionne Watkins) but thanks to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), she broke up with Abe and left town. Abe has not had the best of luck with women after his wife passed away. Now Abe is alone again, and Paulina could be there to pick up the pieces.

However, Abe and Paulina had never met until she showed up in Salem for the twins christening. Of course, Abe is bothered by Paulina’s loud and boisterous attitude.
