DOOL spoilers reveal that Eric and Nicole finally got married. However, they haven’t had much of a marital life. Right after tying the knot, Eric received a request to help villagers in the Congo. He wasn’t going to do it, but Nicole knew that it wouldn’t be right to stop him from fulfilling his calling. Even though they talk on the phone, all the visits haven’t worked out. There seems to be outside forces preventing them from being together. Nicole has admitted that she feels alone and it’s understandable. What kind of marriage does she have when Eric hasn’t been around in months?

In the newest issue of Soap Opera Digest, it is confirmed that Nicole will excitedly prepare for Eric’s return. There is no word that actor Greg Vaughan will be coming back for an appearance. Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Hernandez Romance Confirmed

Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm that Rafe and Nicole are going to become a couple in the future. Promo shots showing the two together have already been released. We know that they have been getting closer, but it’s mostly revolving around Allie Horton (Lucas Adams) and Charlie Dale (Mike Manning). We know that Nicole is going to take Rafe out for his birthday and they will both open up about love, loss and loneliness.

We can’t see Nicole cheating on Eric, but what if there is another explanation? Perhaps “Ericole” officially splits up.

It is possible that Eric’s return isn’t to make a happy home with Nicole. He knows that it isn’t fair for her to be all alone while he’s off saving the world. It is possible that Nicole will be presented with divorce papers. Not because Eric is angry at her or doesn’t love her anymore. It will be because he loves her so much. There is a saying that if you truly love someone, you will let them go. That you will support them being with someone else even if it hurts you, just so they can be happy. It’s likely that this is what drives Eric to divorce Nicole. So she can find someone to be happy with… someone that will be on the same continent as her.
