Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) Spoilers: Marlena’s Exorcism 2.0

Days of Our Lives Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) family will attempt to exorcise the devil from her once again. However, the devil is much stronger this time. Will the family be able to save Marlena?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – A Christmas Exorcism

Days of Our Lives head writer Ron Carlivati says that from the start they were planning on a Christmas miracle to bring Marlena back to her family. Of course, the original story was supposed to play out the same way but ended up dragging on until Easter. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) has managed to capture his wife and tie her down so that an exorcism can be performed on Christmas day. Carlivati says he watched the original story and played off of some of the little aspects of the first possession. However, there are no guarantees that John will be able to save Marlena this time. This story is about a family coming together to save their loved one. Will it take a group effort this time?

DOOL Spoilers – A Family United

Days of Our Lives writers wanted to get all of the family members that they could together for this exorcism. According to Carlivati, they wanted the kids and the grandkids there to support Marlena. The exorcism is all about love. John’s love was all it took years ago but now that the devil is stronger, it is going to take all the love they can pull together in one location to help Marlena. Will Marlena be saved or will the devil win this war? There may be twists and turns in this exorcism but hopefully good will triumph in the end.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Divine Intervention

Days of Our Lives John will pray for guidance and help and just as he starts his prayer, Eric will arrive. Eric is a priest and this is indeed divine intervention. Now that a priest has arrived, this exorcism should be much earlier to achieve. This doesn’t mean that the exorcism is going to make things easier this time. After all, Marlena “died” the last time. Things could certainly get very sticky this time considering the strength of the devil in this battle. Carlivati promises some fireworks this time and maybe some flashbacks to the older possession would come in handy as well. The real question is whether or not good will win again and if Marlena will survive. Also, could the devil possess someone else before it is all said and done?

It will certainly be interesting to see the outcome of the exorcism this time, who knows what surprises await.
