Days of Our Lives (DOOL) rumors and spoilers tease that Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) keeps getting headaches – could they be the side effects from Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) serum he brought her back to life with after Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) almost got her heart instead of Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) a couple of years ago on Days of Our Lives?

Days Of Our Lives Rumors And Spoilers – Kate Roberts Nearly Died After Being Shot Into An Open Grave By Vivian Alamain

Days of Our Lives viewers will remember that Kate nearly died after being shot into an open grave by Vivian Alamain (at that time Robin Strasser) and buried alive! Kate managed to claw her way out the grave and make it to Salem University Hospital and collapsed in front of a shocked hospital staff, but then Vivian wanted to make the death permanent and tampered with her oxygen line! That did seem to be the final nail in Kate’s coffin as Dr. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) told a devastated Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) that Kate was brain dead, and it looked like Julie was going to get Kate’s heart. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) had ignored Julie when she collapsed in front of her with a heart attack, figuring she was faking it to get attention.

As it turned out she got Stefan’s heart after he died jumping between his mother Vivian and a bullet from Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) gun! Lucas was ready to donate Kate’s heart to Julie, but then all of a sudden Kate made a miraculous recovery! Longtime viewers of Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Kate was once married to Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo). Even though she married after Stefano died, once to Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) Rolf considered her his master Stefano’s bride, and he could not let her die so he snuck into her room at the hospital and injected her with a serum that brought her brain back to life! This could be the same serum or a similar one to the amnesia serum that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) took to regain his memories after nearly dying, but it later nearly killed him with a brain tumor! Doctors Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) developed an antidote in time to save him, however.

DOOL Spoilers – Kate Roberts Has Been Having A Lot Of Headaches Lately

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Kate has been complaining of headaches quite a bit lately – even begging off of nights of passion with her lover Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) because of them! Could she, too, be developing a brain tumor as a side effect of the serum that Rolf used on her? She had been brain dead – and both an amnesia serum and a serum that reverses death of the brain would likely work in the same way, by restoring brain cells. The serum Will took – and overdoses of – would have restored brain cells that control memory. The serum Kate got would have restored all her brain cells, but it could have easily been a beefed-up version of the one that Will took! To complicate Kate’s problems, after she recently unmasked – or should that be, unwigged? –

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), Kristen knocked her out cold with a blow to the head and drag her off somewhere to hide her, probably in the DiMera wine cellar. Kate’s been there before – locked in with Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) for several days, in which they managed to drink all the wine there was in the cellar before they were rescued! If Kate has developed a brain tumor from Rolf’s serum, she may not live through her captivity this time!, and Kristen has a Kate mask and wig! Will Jake be smart enough to tell that Kate’s not herself and find her in time to find a cure?
