Days of Our Lives Susan is afraid but she believes she can fight the devil. After all, who else does John and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) have to rely on? Susan is determined to protect John and Marlena. After all, Marlena is Susan’s friend and Susan adores John. Susan also knows how strong John and Marlena’s connection is. Can Susan somehow use all of their energies to conquer the devil? Susan could also push John to work harder to help Marlena. Susan is good at getting on John’s nerves if nothing else. Will Susan be just annoying enough to help John push through the barriers that confine him and save the love of his life?

The Devil has every intention of making Susan kill him to show Susan that she has no choice but to do her bidding. Susan knows that Marlena would never hurt John and Susan has gotten through to Marlena before. The Devil will take it one step further when Susan refuses to kill John. Marlena will threaten to kill E.J. Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel), her son. Will Susan be forced to choose between John and E.J.? Susan needs help in the worst way, will someone arrive to stop the Devil?

General Hospital’s Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will decide to check out the Dimera Crypt after Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) explains his strange encounter with Marlena there on Halloween. Steve will break into the crypt and be stunned by what he finds. Will Steve be able to save Susan and John from Marlena and the Devil? Could Marlena be delayed by other forces giving Steve more time to work things out? Perhaps Susan’s solution will make it necessary for John to have to stay hidden until they can come up with a way to save John.

Marlena has to be stopped somehow but John is going to have to be the one to save her. Will Steve and Susan have to help John by trying to contain Marlena until he can save her?
