Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers say that in Salem when Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) wakes up from her comma, both Belle Brady (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) can’t help but feel a little shaken by everything that has happened so far. In fact, Belle can’t help but feel nervous because she knows that whenever Jan is around, drama will always follow. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, when Shawn tries to arrest Jan for holding Belle at gunpoint before the wedding, Jan threatens to take down John Black (Drake Hogestyn) down for strangling her. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that Belle will go into “lawyer mode,” so to speak and try to figure out a way to save her father before it’s too late.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that Belle will offer Jan a quid pro: if she lets him go, then Belle will let Jan go. But of course, it won’t go down that easy. John wants Jan to pay for her crime and doesn’t want her off the hook for what she did.

Martha Madison, who plays Belle on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way, “I think he’s also trying to protect Belle from any future damage caused by Jan. But Belle loves her father and doesn’t want Jan to hurt anyone else so she’s not going to have that. It’s almost like father and daughter are trying to one up each other in the hero department. She’s a chip off the old block.

Belle will then present Jan with paperwork to sign, exonerating John. Jan doesn’t want to accept the deal but at this point, even she knows she doesn’t have any way out of this situation.
