Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers say that in Salem sooner or later this was bound to happen. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will visit Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) to get to know her a little better now that he knows she’s his daughter. However, he lets it slip that it was Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) who knew all about it years earlier. Of course, Gwen is absolutely stunned by this latest revelation. According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, Gwen is quite upset as everything she’s ever known about herself throughout her entire life has been one big lie. For Emily, this is pure anger and shock.

Days of Our Lives spoilers then say that a dubious Gwen will ask Jack what he plans to do to make all of this up to her. Jack admits that he doesn’t know but being the good guy that he is, he’s willing to try. For Emily, she’s mostly upset because it was Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller) who got to live the kind of life that she was supposed to have but never got. That’s at the forefront of her mind as Emily is now willing to do whatever it takes to turn things around in her favor.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Gwen?

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, Emily O’Brien, who plays Gwen on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way, “She does not want to stop, mainly because she’s so used to wanting to go after Abigail; she’s the core of her resentment. Abigail had the life that Gwen didn’t have. But then she doesn’t have any justifiable reason for going after her because everything that she believed was a life.”

With that said, DOOL spoilers also tease that Emily will go after Lauren and the two will have a face-off, with Jack left in the middle. After all, Gwen wants answers to her questions. But whether or not Lauren is willing to give them, remains to be seen.
