Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal Ben Weston taking a cue from the Brady past when he and Claire devise a way to keep Ciara from marrying Theo.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Holding Out For A Hero?

Ciara (Victoria Konefal) finally gets her annulment and decides to marry Theo (Cameron Johnson) on the same day she married Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) last year. If that’s not a slap in the face to a man who claims to love you, we don’t know what is, but Ciara doesn’t care.

She wants all remnants of the idea that she ever loved a former serial killer out of her life and figures this is a good way to do it. Out with the old and in with the new and Theo is now new for her.

However, Ben is not about to give up even if Ciara believes she won this battle. So, he enlists Claire (Isabel Durant) to help him and she’s definitely a game because she knows Ciara is making a mistake and she really wants to see Ben happy, as they’ve developed a friendship over the past few months.

DOOL Spoilers – Will A Police Motorcycle Be Involved?

There are hints of Days of Our Lives taking a cue from its past for this event. Longtime fans will remember when Ciara’s mom Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was about to marry Larry Welch (Andrew Massett) and Bo (Peter Reckell) kidnapped her, having a cigar-smoking Howie Hoffsteader (Stanley Brock) walk down the aisle in her place, gown, veil and all. When Larry lifted the veil, there was Howie. Who will Theo see when he lifts his bride’s veil? Theo is no Larry Welch, but he is still not doing the right thing marrying someone with amnesia.

And will we soon see Ben and Ciara on a motorcycle with her fighting him, a la Bo and Hope? (And why isn’t Hope at this wedding? Hope’s absence makes no sense in all of this.) We doubt DAYS could afford to go on location like in the good old days, but we expect to see them do the best they can. Of course, Ben and Ciara will need their own theme music for this and shouldn’t be borrowing that Bonnie Tyler song. Stay tuned to Days of Our Lives weekdays to see how this story plays out.
