Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Ben will face a setback. He expects to have this joyous reunion with Ciara. So, imagine his confusion and shock when she has no recollection of them ever being together, much less married. In fact, she will know him as the Necktie Killer who is supposed to be locked up. This also means she has no idea that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is alive or anything else that happened between December 2018 and today.

With amnesia patients, there is no telling when they will remember, what they will remember, of if they will remember at all. However, there are certain triggers that professionals use to try and get their memories back. A familiar scene, sound, or even a smell can bring everything back. Now, this story might take months, but it’s possible that Ben will come up with an idea.

He might have to recreate the crash that brought them together in the first place. Going a step further, Ben might even have to cause Ciara to crash and take care of her injured leg as he did back then. However, there is always a chance that it will have zero effect or even worse, the crash could kill her. Is that really a chance that he’s willing to take? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out what happens with this storyline.
