They have been flirty for a while now on Days of Our Lives but it appears that with the mama bear back in town things will go to the next level between the lawman and the con woman. How will Abe feel when he realizes she plans to raze Horton Square? Will it be too late to look back?

DOOL Spoilers – Chanel Dupree Uses Dirty Tricks to Get What She Wants

Right now Abe is focused on being happy for Paulina’s daughter Chanel Dupree (Precious Way). She wants to open a bakery in the square and, “He’s more than happy to support Chanel starting this business,” says Reynolds.

What he doesn’t realize is that Paulina is up to dirty tricks behind his back on Days of Our Lives. In this regard, the acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree as Chanel is 100% her mother’s kid. On a stunning Friday, Cliffhanger fans saw Chanel and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) blackmail Julie Horton (Susan Seaforth Hayes) into giving them a recipe for the bakery.

We won’t mind a bit when Allie and Chanel stop referring to each other as “Dupree” and “Horton.” Not only does it confuse everyone they collide with, it smacks of high school girl cliqueness, another thing fans who are not shipping this pair will have to dislike.

As for Honest Abe and devious Paulina, DOOL spoilers tease that the couple nearly kiss before she is called away. Did Chanel get married to an unwholesome influence again? Or maybe Julie wants her recipe back?

At any rate, Abe balances out the brashness of Paulina, but what to do about the unmitigated mouthiness of Chanel not to mention her unrepentant blackmailing, smirking ways?
