Chrisley Knows Best: Todd Chastises Chase For Inheritance Comment

Chrisley Knows Best fans know that Chase often jokes around with his dad, Todd. But did he push a joke too far? A teaser by the USA Network revealed that Grayson Chrisley seems rather more like his dad’s favorite these days. It came when Chase made a comment about getting his inheritance when his dad passes on. Well, Todd seemed very unamused by Chase and chided him.

This season, fans become more in favor of Grayson. Now that he’s growing up, driving, and ditched the braces, the young man seems to hang with his dad a lot more than in the past. Of course, sometimes, he might regret that especially when Nanny Faye’s around. This week, a teaser revealed that Nanny Faye decided to decorate for Christmas in such a way to remind her of the past. So, she went off to a yard sale and purchase a stuffed deer head. When Todd freaked out, she told him it reminded her of a guy she met who was a  “10 point buck.” Grayson was there and he seemed a bit shocked by his grandma.

Chrisley Knows Best fans saw in the past, that Todd and Chase still prank each other. Or, they make fun of each other at every opportunity, Earlier this year, Todd shared a photo of Chase draped across his grandma’s lap, and called him a “big baby.” Is Chase wearing thin with all his jokes about his dad? Well, another USA Network teaser that came this week, revealed that Todd seemed a bit fed up. Perhaps, Chase skates a little bit too close to the edge, as he referred to the day that his dad passes on from this world.

In the teaser, which the network captioned with, “Are you the Chase or the Grayson of your family?” Todd was up on a ladder. Meanwhile, Chae looked on as Grayson steadied the ladder so it wouldn’t fall. Well, Chase told Grayson. “You need to be careful right there.” Then he added, “make sure he does not fall.” However, he kind of killed the mood when he also said, “because I don’t think he has fully signed his will over to me yet.”  Todd looked upset and sassed his son back. He said, “And that’s the reason Grayson’s holding the ladder because you’ve made one too many inheritance jokes.”

Chrisley Knows Best fans didn’t take it seriously, and the show’s really not meant to be. These days, fans rave about it and claim it brings some of the best comedy available on TV. While it is based on a real family, everyone knows that Todd actually makes sure that everything is carefully rehearsed. So, it is edited. However, fans don’t mind, because they love the belly laughs. And let’s face it since the coronavirus arrived, a good laugh is very well received.

Chrisley Knows Best fans, as they always do, took to the comments section of the teaser. One of them wrote, “?????????I love ? how Todd always have (sic) an answer for chase ?????.” Then another amused and admiring fan penned, “I love the expressions on Todd’s face! Lol He is the cutest thing! Lol, wish they were on [for] an hour.”
