Talk about a slow-moving love story that can still have plenty of trouble coming. Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) and Zende Forrester (Delon De Metz) have been playing ‘Will They or Won’t They?’ for the better part of a year.

First, Zende thought he had feelings for Paris’s sister, Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes). Then, thanks to Zoe, Paris and Zende had a disastrous first date. Then, Paris oddly moved in with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and her new husband Finn (Tanner Novlan) and started fantasizing about Finn. Now, she is living with Thomas (Matthew Atkinson) but apparently giving Zende a chance when they make love this week.

Even actor Delon De Metz can admit the pace of this soap opera love story has been odd to say the least, but finally something starts to happen. “It’s a big step,” De Metz says in the October 26 issue of Soap Opera Digest. “A lot of things have happened in quick succession in terms of their relationship. The word love hasn’t been thrown out there yet, though their attraction is obvious and overpowering…This shows the bond between them and there are a lot of great surprises ahead.”

We all know how Thomas might become obsessed with a woman. After all, he thought a mannequin was Hope (Annika Noelle) and tried to date her and make out with her in his own apartment and it was a doll.

Now, he has Paris living with him and he seems to have really taken a liking to her. Sure, it’s all supposed to be platonic and Paris is with Zende now, but that close proximity to one another can change all that. Then, where does that leave Zende? Is this a true love triangle in the making? Perhaps Thomas won’t become obsessed and will truly fall in love with Paris and allow himself to be the odd man out.
