In an upcoming episode the two will continue to connect could we see these two decide to take things a step forward.

It seems that Katie and Carter are also starting to enjoy being around each other as they have shared scenes with each other. The two of them have been seen having lunch together and also they have been seen in the office together having conversations with each other. On the other hand, it will not be a surprise to see Bill get in the middle of the relationship as he is trying to get back together with Katie.

However, Bill will be disappointed to see that she may be falling in love with someone else and that person may be Carter.
