Bill needed to get his life back on track after he and Liam had gotten into trouble with the law. Ridge has demanded that Hope and Liam move out of their cabin on the Forrester estate. Liam has decided to support Hope and is willing to move out. Bill will want to help Liam and Hope to find a new home if they move out of the cabin. Bill will want to help Liam find a way to make sure that Deacon does not end up hurting Hope in the end.
