B&B LEAK: Eric And Brooke’s Kids Returning?

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that our inside CBS source has heard a juicy rumor that’s too good to keep to ourselves. What do they have to say about a possible return to the canvas of not just one, but two fan fave characters?

According to our source there is talk that executive producer and head writer Brad Bell wants to bring back Eric “Rick” Forrester Jr. (Jacob Young) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones).

These two are the children of Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric Forrester (John McCook).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Why Bring Back Bridget Forrester?

There is a reason currently in play as to why Bridget may return: his name is Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). He and Bridget were married when Brooke had an affair with Deacon. Poor Bridget was gobsmacked by this turn of events and for a time she disavowed both her mom and her husband.

Deacon is back in town, and all signs point to him and Brooke hooking up again. Just for funsies, wouldn’t it be interesting to bring back Bridget and revisit this triangle? How satisfying would it be for viewers to see Brooke get a taste of her own medicine from the daughter she betrayed?

Brooke has a nasty reputation as a home wrecker, entirely deserved. She also slept with her sister Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) husband, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

The rumors about Rick returning have been blowing how and cold ever since the character left the canvas to do business overseas. After a period of time his wife Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) returned to town and informed the family that she and Rick were broken up.

Fans would love Rick to come back and stir up some trouble as only he can!

There are plenty of storylines Rick could slide into. For starters he is competitive with his brother Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) who happens to married to his mother. Bridge is swaying dangerously in the wind right now, due to Brooke’s commitment to Deacon. Ridge is horrified and livid that she hasn’t thrown the book at him, and this will no doubt stress and strain Bridge even further. Is Rick about to come along and defend his mom while trying to outdo his brother? According to our source it’s a definite maybe!
