90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Kenneth ‘Kenny’ Niedermeier and Armando Rubio are talking children together.

A teaser has been released for Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. In the clip, Kenneth “Kenny” Niedermeier and Armando Rubio are seriously looking at having a child together. They visit an orphanage for children with HIV in Mexico, but realize things aren’t as easy as they seem.

90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way stars Kenny and Armando were married in Mexico in May. According to the TLC description, this season of the reality series sees the pair starting to make long-term plans in their relationship.

Kenny is already feeling guilty, missing his children in Florida. Meanwhile, Armando would love his daughter, Hannah to have a younger sibling. How can the couple go about creating a family together?

In Sunday’s upcoming episode, Kenny and Armando visit an orphanage in Mexico for children with HIV. Adopting an orphan isn’t easy and in a teaser clip, Armando, 31, tells the camera that he completely understands that people need to be vetted, to make sure the children will be in good hands and good homes. Armando then says, “I’m completely for it, but part of me [feels like it] seems like it’s going to be a lot.”

Kenny and Armando have first-hand experience with governmental red-tape from when they first applied to get married. Armando points out that they would have a lot to go through with government and who knows how long it would take to be able to adopt a child. He adds, “So it just makes me kind of question how long the process is going to take and if this is the best way forward.”

Once they arrive at the orphanage, a staff member introduces them to the children, who approach Kenny and Armando for a hug. In a touching scene, the pair hands out gifts to the kids. In his confessional, Kenny, 57, admits, “When the kids ran over to us, it was truly amazing.”

The father of four then spoke about his experience with HIV and AIDS. Niedermeier said he had come out when HIV and AIDS went rampant. He said his friends were dying “left and right” and he lost count of how many funerals and wakes he attended.

Kenny continued, saying, “the thought of adopting a child with the same thing that was a death sentence 30 years ago,” adding that back then, people shunned those with HIV and AIDS and family disowned their own children that had it. Kenny said, “I would love to take that child that’s here today and embrace them and hug them and support them and show them how loved they are.”
