Sumit seems to have an issue with Jenny’s complaints and that bothers him much more than forgetfulness. However, does Jenny have a reason to complain? Sumit may think that Jenny’s complaining is annoying and perhaps she annoys herself as well. Jenny admits that she is a complainer and that seems to have been the case for some time. Could complaining be a force of habit or are things just not what she needs them to be? Perhaps if Sumit would stop making excuses not to get married, Jenny would have less reason to complain.

Later on in the game, 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way’s Jenny and Sumit were asked who was the most romantic of the two. Jenny readily admits that Sumit is the more romantic but she thinks everything he does is romantic. Jenny says that Sumit does everything for her. Sumit admits that he loves doing things for Jenny. However, Sumit admits that his arranged marriage and recent divorce damaged him and he is trying to overcome the trauma.

Sumit says he was suicidal at one point. Jenny wants to make things official and says she will feel much better when they are married. Jenny is getting tired of the uncertainty of having a tourist visa and being forced to leave India every six months and returning. Once they are married, Jenny’s visa will turn into a different time of visa and she will feel more secure because she will have rights then.
