90 Day Fiancé: Rose Vega Reveals Truth About Her Mother

Last year, Rose Vega starred alongside Big Ed Brown on 90 Day Fiancé and since the show fans have been keeping up with her on social media. She often speaks of her father, who is living in her brand new home. However, her mother has never really come up in conversation, at least until now. Rose recently posted a new video to YouTube, where she speaks about her mother and their relationship.

Rose Vega and Big Ed dated long-distance for three months, prior to him heading to the Philippines to meet her. Their relationship was controversial, with fans mostly supporting Rose and hating on Ed for his treatment of the pretty Filipina.

However, the one thing Big Ed did get shocked by, was the fact that Rose was living in a room at the back of her sister’s store, with her six-year-old son, Prince. Her home was literally a cement room with no windows and no working bathroom. She and Prince slept on the floor on a mattress, something that was truly shocking to Ed.

Ed went on to meet Rose’s family, including her father, sister and other relatives. However, many fans noted that her mother never appeared on the show and was not mentioned. Many fans believed that Vega’s mother didn’t want to be filmed. However, it turns out that her mother had actually passed away.

Naturally, her fans wanted to know more about Rose’s mother and their relationship. The 90 Day Fiancé star has now shared a video on YouTube, where she speaks about her mother and visits her grave in the Philippines.

As she speaks, she explains that her mother died almost three years ago and was now with “Papa God.” Rose says she died of a heart attack and when she visited the hospital, her mother was already gone.

It turns out the TLC reality star was never close to her mother and they didn’t have a good relationship. In fact, mother and daughter would often have petty fights. These included things like Rose putting her colored clothing in the wash with lighter clothing while doing the laundry.

Rose does admit that she was a little hard-headed when her mother was alive, but says that she misses her a lot. She said she didn’t have a cent in her wallet when her mother passed away. This meant she couldn’t help with the funeral plans and her siblings had to take care of everything.

However, Rose did say that her mother always believed she would be successful one day. This certainly seems to have come true, as Rose has since built a new home for herself, her father and her son, Prince. Also, while she might not have had a great relationship with her mom, she is trying to be the best mother she can to her son.
