The 90 Day Fiance star organized a surprise birthday bash at their home with their family and friends. Omar was clearly touched by his wife’s sweet gestures. Many also find his reaction adorable, noting that he genuinely looks so happy.

Avery also gave Omar his first-ever tour of New York City and the Bahamas. She also had him ice skating for the first time as well.
