Despite their many problems over the years, it seems 90 Day Fiancé alums Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh are still going strong. In fact, the pair looks happier than ever in a couple of recent selfies taken in Goa, India and posted to Instagram. It seems that Jenny and Sumit are planning to stay in India, or more particularly, in lovely, exotic Goa.

In a recent image posted by Sumit Singh to his Instagram account, he and Jenny are happier than ever. They captioned the image: “Goa is where our heart belongs,” making it seem like they are staying in the popular beach area for good.

As 90 Day Fiancé fans know, the almost 30-year age gap between Jenny and Sumit has been a huge problem. Not for them, of course, but for Sumit’s parents, Sahna and Anil. His parents blackmailed Sumit, in an effort to stop the couple marrying. Who can forget that shocking scene when Sahna said they would marry over her dead body, literally? She actually threatened to commit suicide should they tie the knot.

However, recently, Jenny made a shocking revelation. She said that at one stage, Sahna and Anil gave their permission for them to marry. The only condition was that they marry in the United States, so that they weren’t embarrassed in their own community. Heaven forbid if Sumit’s parents’ neighbors and relatives found out about the scandal! However, it turned out they couldn’t move to the US for financial reasons, so they have now moved as far away from Sumit’s parents as possible.

When season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way was filming, they were living in Uttar Pradesh, a state in northern India. However, over recent months, Jenny and Sumit have posted images taken in Goa, on the southwestern coast of India. This bohemian part of the country seems to be really good for the pair, as they look better and happier than ever. Goa is more than 1,000 miles from Sumit’s parents’ home and is a popular spot for foreign tourists.

Fans are thrilled for Jenny and Sumit, making comments like, “Love looks good on you 2!!” and “Like this so happy & pretty place.” Their former 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way co-star, Armando Rubio also chipped in with red heart emojis. Their next Instagram post showed the smiling couple wearing sunglasses, with the caption: “Our love is way stronger than you think.”

Fans are still wondering whether Jenny and Sumit have since married. When last they appeared on 90 Day Bares All, they said Jenny is still on a tourist visa in India. The COVID-19 pandemic had allowed Jenny to get regular extensions on her visa.

However, should the time come when the Indian authorities will not extend her visa further, she would have to leave the country. So far, we know Sumit gave Jenny a promise ring. Let’s hope one day he will be able to place a wedding ring on her finger.
