The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chance Chancellor And Abby Newman Heat Up!

The Young and The Restless weekly preview for the week of March 2, 2020 begins with Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) relationship heating up, as Abby tells Chance he’s going to want to take those clothes off, and then the two are shown jumping in a steamy shower together! Back to the foyer of The Grand Phoenix, and she tells him that it’s getting more intriguing by the minute.

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Abby has been intriguing enough for Chance to resign from the FBI and start his own investigation service in Genoa City, becoming a private investigator but working closely with the Genoa City Police Department. He and Abby have been dating for several months now, since shortly after coming back to his home town to take down Simon Black, (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) who he had been tracking for several months prior.

It won’t be the first time a Chancellor and a Newman have gotten together – viewers will recall that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) mother is Jill Abbott, (Jess Walton) who found out later in life that Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper) her birth mother – but it looks like he and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might be over for good this time!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Relationship Cools Down!

Billy and Victoria’s relationship isn’t the only one cooling down – Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) arrives home to her and Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) apartment to find Mariah fresh from the shower in a robe with wet hair sitting on the couch with Lindsay the Bartender (Kirby Bliss Blanton) looking for all the world like they had just had sex – which they had! Tessa asks “What’s going on here?”

Mariah then cries to her mother, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) that her whole life is one enormous dumpster fire and she’s the match, and asks how could Tessa ever trust her again! Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Mariah and Tessa’s relationship started going downhill because of Mariah’s jealousy, starting with wanting to know why Tessa had kept secrets from her – specifically the secret that she and Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman) were once married, and then the distrust of Tessa really came to a head when she tried to call her and Tanner answered Tessa’s phone, telling Mariah that Tessa was in the shower and he would tell her to call back.

Tessa did call back on a video call but with a shirtless Tanner sitting right beside her. Mariah had jumped to conclusions out of her jealousy and asked Tessa if she was sleeping with Tanner, and Tessa was taken aback! Mariah hung up the call and then when she tried to call back she declined Tessa’s call and then Tessa wouldn’t answer her texts afterwards, so she figured they were over and got hot and heavy with Lindsay – which brings us back to the scene on the couch and Tessa walking in on them!
