The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Summer Newman (Hunter King), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle), and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will all be trapped together at Society during the fierce winter storm. Genoa City, Wisconsin’s remixed couples get their first extended chance to battle as a result.

Viewers were first alerted to the teased weather event by the sounds of strong winds. Dialogue relating to the coming calamity and some visuals winked hard at a series of character pair-offs, or in this instance, pairings.

Johnson’s well-played character has rubbed some people the wrong way. One of those people would be his cousin, Kyle.

But underneath Mr. Abbott’s annoyance were feelings of truth. Theo has said all along that he knew Kyle wasn’t right for Lola and that Summer was not over Kyle.

There is a contingent of viewers who aren’t happy that the Skyle sequel has happened. Their feelings are justified, based upon the manner in which the reboot happened. But Theo couldn’t care less, as he has a path to the woman he thinks he loves.

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Newman Struck At The Right Moment

San Francisco, California, was the right place and the right time for Summer to make her move. The one-time Mrs. Abbott believed that Kyle never stopped loving her and she has been proven right.

It must be noted that while Summer’s intentions weren’t pure, she did save Lola’s life when donating half of her liver. That specific act served to end what was a growing personal war between both ladies that was based on their feelings for Kyle.

Now, with a chance to have a productive relationship, Summer needs to remain centered. She’s gone off the rails before, but with Kyle secured she can be her authentic self.

It is reasonable to be bothered by the breakup of Kola, while also being willing to give Y&R a chance to see what develops with both remixed pairings. Yes, Kyle and Lola loved each other, but Kyle and Summer loved each other first.

As for both newer characters, Lola and Theo now have a chance to become a couple. Tola projects as having good chemistry.

Yes, the first of many get-togethers might have just happened at Society during the storm.
