Young and the Restless Spoilers: Devon Lets Colin Go; Will We Ever Learn The Full Story

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint that Devon Hamilton Winters’s (Bryton James) decision will mean that viewers may never find out what truly lead up to Devon’s money being taken from him. In a recent episode of the Young and the Restless, Devon received his money back from Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers). He decided not to look for him since the wrong that was made was corrected. This leaves viewers wondering if they would ever find out the full story behind the scheme that lead Devon to lose his money.

When Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) came into town to represent her mystery client, Devon was skeptical at first. After he does give over the money, he realizes that he was tricked into giving up the money and became determined to find out who came up with the scheme and to get it back. They hunted down Colin, who admitted that he had something to do with it but also said that Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) was involved in the whole plan. Last time Cane was seen, he was going off to prove his innocence and recover Devon’s money.

Y&R Spoilers – Viewers left with questions

The ending of the storyline leaves a lot of questions and does not close up every part of the story. For example, what happened to Cane’s attempts at clearing his name? He seemed determined to find Devon’s money in order to clear his name. However, with this ending, it does not tell viewers if he had a part in Colin’s plan of stealing Devon’s money.

Colin is known to be a liar at times, so viewers do not know whether he spoke the truth or not. Another unsatisfying thing was how Devon got the money back. It seemed like the writers may not have known how they wanted to continue the storyline and, in turn, decided just to return the funds to Devon.

It does not seem like there will be any chance that viewers will learn the full story any time soon. What do you think about the way the storyline ended?
