TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days star David Murphey wants to take the next step with his alleged Ukrainian girlfriend “Lana.” In a sneak peek of Sunday’s brand new episode, the two get ready to go on their second date. But with David only having a few days before leaving Ukraine, he wants to make sure he’s engaged before heading back to the United States.

Invisi-Lana Magically Materializes

David spent over $100,000 on a Ukrainian dating site to chat with Lana. That doesn’t include all the money he has spent on gifts for her for over seven years. He also traveled to and from Ukraine five times and she never showed up. He decided to give it one last try and a woman with blonde hair materialized.

However, the woman who David claims is Lana and the pictures of the woman he was talking to online are clearly two different people. In any event, fans are hoping he finds love, whether it’s with Invisi-Lana or someone else.

David Murphey’s Second Date

TLC released a sneak peek of the next episode, which features David and Lana. The two are getting to know one another and will be going on their second date. It’s supposed to be dinner, but David has something special planned. According to People, he says,

“It’s our second date together. Lana and I have had a great time… It makes me feel really good that things are getting better and better.”

David says that he wants to do something romantic because he only has a few days left in Ukraine. He says that he “needs” to talk to Lana about them getting engaged before he goes back to the United States.

Now that he thinks he finally found Lana, he doesn’t want to risk her disappearing again.

Tell-All Spoilers Tease Romance Fizzles

90 Day Fiance spoilers reveal that David and Lana do end up getting engaged. However, the romance dies before it even really begins. Nine hours of leaked Tell-All footage (courtesy of Sony) reveal that David gets upset because Lana is still talking to other men. He believes that isn’t the actions of a happily engaged woman.

Later, it is confirmed that the two break things off, but we aren’t clear if David ends it or if it Lana’s decision. Perhaps Fake Lana just wanted too much money to continue playing David’s Ukrainian Invisi-Lover.
