The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Working for Others Is Not for Theo – Decides to Start His Own Business Empire?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers tease that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) might decide to open his own business after he is caught by Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for stealing the idea that he came up with 15 years ago and trying to pass it off as his own. This might result in Theo losing his job. However, he might get the motivation to do something different. Could it be that Theo might consider opening up his own company?

This would not be the first time that someone opens their own company after they get kicked out of one. Viewers know that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) decided to make his own company that would be different from Newman Enterprise. Nick’s company being Dark Horse, and he enjoyed running the company.

It could be the case that Theo might follow in those footsteps and decide to make his own company. Depending on the type of company and what his mindset is. As if he comes up with his own company, he might take it very seriously instead of scheming to get to the top; he would have to build his company from the ground up including hiring people, coming up with the money, and acting like a leader who can lead his company to success.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers- Theo is Reckless

Theo is reckless in many ways, but his hatred for his cousin Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) triples that. This makes him want to get the last laugh even if it means doing things the wrong way regardless of the consequences. Opening up his company may make him see that his actions have consequences and that it could ruin what he built. This might make him focus on his choices and decisions.

It might be a good idea for Theo to start his own company as then he would have no one in his company to double-cross, and if he were to make a bad decision, he would be the one responsible for his company.
