The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Victoria Plays Dirty With Phyllis, But Phyllis Has The Last Laugh!

The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will play dirty with Phyllis Summers, (Michelle Stafford) but Phyllis will have the last laugh!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victoria Newman Pulled Off A Corporate Takeover Of Most Of The Grand Phoenix

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that a few weeks back Phyllis was unexpectedly having problems of the financial nature. She found out that Victoria had bought out seventy-five percent of her hotel debt when she was having cash flow problems. She had used The Grand Phoenix as collateral for for some loans, and Victoria could legally foreclose on her if she wasn’t able to pay.

Livid, she had stormed into the CEO office of Newman Enterprises and demanded answers from Victoria. She had just recently had some conversations with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about getting along with his sister, and she told him about the problem, and he offered to pay the debt. Phyllis turned him down, saying she thought she had an idea. She was going to make the money through her Escape Club.

She could invite the executives coming to the business roundtable Victoria had offered a cut rate to. She printed up flyers with invitations to the Escape Club complete with spa privileges and encouraged them to bring their wives or plus ones. Victoria had initially agreed to the plan and then tore up Phyllis’ flyers in front of her face! It sounds like Victoria is getting ready to play even more dirty now, and it is likely about the hotel debt!

YR Spoilers – Victoria Newman May Underestimate Phyllis Summers!

Victoria may be underestimating how resourceful (and sneaky) Phyllis can be! It is entirely possible that Victoria might buy out the other twenty-five percent of the hotel and then still have the business roundtable use the Escape Club! That way poor, poor Phyllis would have nothing and Victoria would win. It would seem that is all Victoria cares about – is winning!

There was a good reason that Nick told Phyllis to stay away from Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) wedding – he wanted to avoid a scene between Victoria and Phyllis! Chances are, however Victoria plans to play dirty with Phyllis, Phyllis will be one up on her. Phyllis is very much in the loop about the goings-on in the Newman family, and knows about the shooting that was intended for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). With Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) arrest, which will likely be front page news, Phyllis might just turn some tables of the legal sort on Victoria. She knows Billy.

They were in a relationship from 2017-2018. She knows about his hatred for Adam but doesn’t think he would act on it this many years later – she knows the reasons too. She also knows he would be the most likely person to be suspected. Nick undoubtedly has kept Phyllis up on the latest, and he may have even mentioned that the gun used in the shooting had been kept at Victoria’s house she had shared with Billy before they broke up. Phyllis might just call Crimestoppers anonymously and tell them Victoria was the shooter – if she only knew Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) was thinking the same thing!
