The Moustache made many moves like the one Victoria recently did in seizing control of Phyllis’ debt. Yes, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is the specific person who influenced Victoria’s view of personal business, which is what butting into Phyllis’ proclaimed signature comeback vehicle represents.

As Nick told his older sister, she doesn’t need to have control of the Phoenix. Morrow’s character asked Victoria to let Phyllis have her hotel. His request was flatly denied, as baloney about the matter is a good deal for Newman Enterprises was raised while eye contact dropped.
