In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, actress Amelia Heinle, who plays Victoria on the hit CBS soap, tells the publication in an interview, “The incident with Katie reminded Victoria that Billy is a good father and would do anything for his children. Victoria tells Billy she realized that she needs to accept who they are as people and not who she wanted them to be. They have made amends and part as friends. Victoria will always be connected to Billy so you never know what the expect.”
