Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was upset to see Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) working at the new Chancellor Media building, which is where Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) Dark Horse company used to be. She was also upset in a more recent episode when she found out that Billy had canceled on their kids at the last minute and having called their nanny instead of her.

He told her he didn’t want to bother her at work, and then she tells him that she’s out and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is in and that her father had given Adam the company. Billy feels for her and says Victor needs to be knocked down a peg, but then she gets mad at him and tells him she makes the calls, not him, and she wants him out of her life and can fight and win this battle on her own!

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Is Also Mad At Victor Newman And Wants Him Out Of Her Life

At the same time, Victoria is also mad at Victor and wants him out of her life – she had told her mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) that she was so upset with him she couldn’t stand to live at the Newman Ranch anymore, and finally came to a compromise, after many calming attempts on Nikki’s part, to move herself and her children into the tack house on the Newman property, where Nick used to live.

She was livid at Victor for just giving into Adam and she knows that Adam will ruin the family business and bring them all to nothing! Nikki will tell Victor how much this business decision has upset Victoria, even though he himself had told Victoria not to worry because he had a plan and she would be back at the CEO desk in no time – Victoria was upset at him for not fighting Adam like he usually would!

Nikki had told her how the adverse publicity if Adam released it, would do more harm than good and even though it seems like Adam does have Victor over a barrel, Victor apparently has a bigger barrel, even though he hasn’t told Nikki in detail what it is!

Nikki tells Victor about Victoria moving herself and the children to the tack house because she didn’t want to be in the same house as Victor! Victor can’t convince Victoria he is in control, and she won’t let him solve the Adam problem the way he sees fit, but she still has the Billy problem!

Victor decides that even though solving the Adam problem might take time, he can solve the Billy problem for Victoria as compensation – he goes to his attorneys and has a restraining order filed against Billy so that he cannot have contact with Victoria but he can still have contact with the children on a supervised basis.

He has it written up if Victoria wants to be in the supervised visits with the children and Billy, she can be. Right now Victoria is grasping for power and control because she is reacting to abusive situations in the past that were triggered by the stabbing attack, and the only way he can prove his control to Victoria is by getting control over Billy so she doesn’t have to!
