The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victor and Adam Find A Compromise While Victoria Continues To Recover

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint at Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) coming to a compromise. Victor may decide to set aside his issues with Adam in order to let Adam run the company. At the same time, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) recovers. Will Adam gain access to the CEO seat for a limited time, or will Victor go with someone else instead.

The Young and the Restless Spoiler- Adam tries to regain Victor’s trust

Adam and Victor have not been on the best terms as of late, but Adam has been trying to fix that ever since the party that was thrown for Victor at the Gala. He decided that the best way for him to help would be for him to take over Newman Enterprises until Victoria is fully recovered. After talking to Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan), he decided to approach Victor with his proposal. By the time he did contact Victor, Nick had already talked to Victor about his concerns about Adam, which Victor had taken into consideration when talking to Adam and decided not to give Adam an answer at that point in time.

The Young and the Restless Spoiler- Adam takes over the CEO’s Seat

When he does talk to Adam later on, it is when Victoria is brought back from the Hospital. Victor brings Adam and Chelsea over to talk about Adam becoming the temporary CEO. Victor does not make it easy for Adam since he does not fully trust him yet, but it does seem like they will reach a compromise when it comes to the company. One concern that he may have would be that Adam may try to take over the company even when Victoria is feeling well enough to come back to work. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) were also concerned about the same thing and about Victoria’s reaction to hearing about her replacement.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Adam have also had a sit down where Jack asks him to promise that he will leave the CEO position as soon as Victoria gets better. He warns Adam that if he tries to hang on to the seat, that he will lose his family and tells him that this will be a test from Victor.
