There’s no doubt that Theo is resilient. The way in which he’s lived his life, a result of him losing his father a number of years ago, has Theo fighting for survival. Rather than trying to build relationships, which is actually rather ironic considering that Theo’s a social media influencer agent, Johnson’s character tells people what he thinks they want to hear as part of an agenda to advance himself.

Relationships are key in every walk of life. When it comes to business, trust counts. Theo practices creative morality, seeing it as his needed signature.

Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) hired Lily so that she could serve as a check on Billy. Walton’s character also believed that Lily’s business experience allowed her to be the perfect pick to co-head Chancellor Industries’ new media division.

However, Jill didn’t anticipate a secondary version of Billy to come aboard in the months that followed Chance Com’s (a catchy nickname that was first used by Lily during Y&R’s first week of new episodes in mid-August) launch. Billy didn’t initially know why he liked the guy, which was his ego talking because Theo’s personality is comparable to Thompson’s character.

Devoted fans know that Billy’s creative morality has often gotten the best of him. So, instead of taking risks himself, he can use Theo as his frontman whenever dirty jobs exist.

As viewers know, Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle) recently discussed an intriguing story with Billy, which he doesn’t yet know involves another element in Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) sordid past. That plot point telegraphs as a project Theo may be asked to handle.
