Last week, Tessa came home from tour to surprise Mariah, but it was she who was surprised. Tessa walked in on Mariah and Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton) after they had sex. Tessa was furious and walked out on Mariah.

Mariah and Tessa’s relationship has been on rocky ground for a while now. Problems again arose for the couple when Mariah learned that Tessa was once married to singer Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman). Mariah was stunned to learn of Tessa’s marriage, and that her ex-husband wanted her to go on tour with him.

Mariah offered her support to Tessa because this was a big opportunity for her. While Tessa was away on tour, Mariah was left at home dealing with one issue after another. Her mother Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) is battling breast cancer. And recently Mariah was informed by Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) that she was out of a job.

Mariah kept her problems a secret because she didn’t want to bother Tessa while she was on tour. Another issue Mariah faced was her fear that Tessa was cheating with Tanner. Every time Mariah called Tessa, Tanner was there to answer the phone. On their last video call, Tessa was seen with a shirtless Tanner joking about how the media thought they were a couple.

Believing that Tessa was unfaithful, Mariah slept with Lindsay. However, her actions may have cost her Tessa.

Now, Mariah along with Teriah fans are wondering if this is it for the couple.

What Mariah did was wrong, however, as fans have pointed out Tessa isn’t squeaky clean.

Tessa had done her fair share of bad things in the past. She was first involved with Mariah’s brother Noah Newman (Robert Adamson) before she got with Mariah.

Tessa also stole Mariah’s diary and used the entries as inspiration for her songs. Plus, Tessa also tried to blackmail Mariah’s mother, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) over the JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill) “murder.”

While Tessa has every right to be angry with Mariah, she should take a look at her own past before she’s quick to judge.

Despite the hurt, Mariah felt from Tessa’s past betrayals, she managed to find it in her heart to forgive her. But will Tessa be able to do the same for Mariah?
