The Young and the Restless spoilers document that any soap opera can be cited as needing some storyline changes. This totally subjective topic can spark debate, which is part of the enjoyment of being a fan of the daytime.
Y&R needs to change the dynamic between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). They don’t need to be written into a warm relationship, as that wouldn’t be believable. But continuing to press the bitterness between both men would only serve to forward what’s already been seen a number of times. So, a different course will be suggested.
Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) must be revealed as Hilary Hamilton’s (Morgan’s initial role on the show) identical twin as soon as possible. Having her be anything other than that would ask viewers to digest the ridiculous. After the preceding happens, Morgan and Bryton James (Devon Hamilton) need to create what would be Hevon 2.0, or in its newer version, Demanda.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Being Together Would Create Better Drama
Adam needs to be working at Newman Enterprises with his sister, Vickie Newman (Amelia Heinle). The tension between these siblings is terrific and Heinle’s character has the skill to handle her litter brother, whereas Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) simply wants to punch him.
Victor knows that Adam has the killer instinct that’s needed in the business world. But he’s long been leery of his youngest son’s penchant for freelancing, along with Adam’s misguided efforts to destroy Newman Enterprises.
Y&R can create a meeting of the minds if Victor helps Adam deal with the outstanding Las Vegas, Nevada, issue. Doing so would create a bridge that allows both men to coexist and enable the return of dynamic drama inside the family business once again.
Y&R Spoilers – Demanding Demanda ASAP
Hevon became one of the most intriguing couples in the last decade because of the collective chemistry that Morgan and James brought to the screen. Hilary and Devon’s love story had soapy origins, with Morgan’s initial character seeking revenge against Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) at the outset, followed by her fall for his son, Devon.
Hopefully, the compelling arc that ended with the sad passing of Hevon’s unborn child and then Hilary isn’t the last time viewers are treated to a long-form story where James and Morgan collaborate.
Amanda needs to discover her genetic history, or have that information be presented to her. Then, Devon and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) break, and Demanda begins.
Sarpy is also a solid actor. So writing her in another direction, possibly to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), or maybe something very creative, like pairing her with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), or Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) could work.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – New Episodes Hopefully Coming Soon
Y&R’s intended return to production was supposed to be happening this week. But plans were delayed, with July 13 now being the target return date.

If all goes well with testing and implementing safety protocols filming should resume and continue indefinitely. The need for new episodes is intense. So, an approximate four week turnaround time, from filming to a new episode’s air date, might be feasible. That would allow the suggested storylines to begin playing out in the near future.
