The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) once had a terrible connection to Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart). As a recent, classic episode reinforced, Rikaart’s character became involved with Lily when he shouldn’t have.

Now, all these years later, with Lily as the recently divorced mother of college-age twins and Kevin about to have his second child with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), perspectives have changed. While Lily forgave Kevin a long time ago. So, it’s reasonable to believe that she would consider where he’s standing today when new episodes begin to air, likely next month.

Health issues that Lily developed in the early 2000s resulted in her and her parents attempting to have Kevin prosecuted. That effort failed due to a lack of evidence. Later, Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) worked with Kevin to make Lily believe that a man was trying to attack her. But that was a setup designed to make Kevin look good.

Lily and Daniel became a romantic couple, with the pair marrying. The young duo divorced the same year that Lily’s mother, Drucilla Winters (Victoria Rowell), was lost and is believed to have died. That specific event naturally and dramatically altered Lily’s storyline during that era in show history.

Y&R Spoilers – Kevin Fisher’s Many Issues

Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) has often been agitated by his younger brother, especially in years past. Kevin involved himself in so many negative situations and criminal activities that it was hard for Michael to maintain sibling support. Yet, Le Blanc’s character did that, which often helped Kevin escape just punishment.

Eventually, Kevin and Chloe became a couple. But their mutual chipmunk behavior also led to chaos.

Kevin’s mental health issues were tied to the way his father, Tom Fisher (Roscoe Born), treated him during his childhood. Thus the apt nickname, Terrible Tom, applied.

However, a long arc allowed Kevin and Chloe to settle into marital and later parental status, as their first child, Bella Fisher (Martie Blair), was born.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winters Is Single

Since this is daytime it wouldn’t be a stretch to consider Lily and Kevin becoming a couple at some point. Lily is single and recently gave Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) the brush off when he implied romance. But Kevin is happily paired with Chloe, who should deliver their second child when the first new episodes being airing.

Y&R should write Lily into Kevin’s storyline if just to reinforce the power of forgiveness and redemption. Her well-wishes for Khloe’s new baby would be a nice dialogue gesture and a recognition of all that Kevin overcame.
