The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Mariah Freaks Out And Thinks Tessa’s Cheating With Tanner

The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will freak out and think Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is cheating with Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman) in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless!

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Mariah Copeland Tries To Call Tessa Fairbanks And Tanner Watts Answers

Mariah tries to call Tessa but Tanner answers her phone and tells Mariah that Tessa is in the shower and will call her back. Mariah truly wants Tessa to be successful in her music career, but she has not confided in her the things that have happened in her own life since Tessa has been on the road, like her mother, Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) diagnosis with breast cancer, and that Power Communications has been shut down and Mariah has lost her job.

Mariah means well in not wanting to worry Tessa, and not having Tessa feel she has to come home in the middle of what is shaping up to be a very successful tour, but it is causing a breakdown in communication between the two of them, in addition to the separation itself. A lack of and a breakdown in communication between a couple combined with physical absence can cause a relationship to fall apart!

Y&R Spoilers – Tessa Porter Returns Mariah Copeland’s Call Via Video Chat

When Tessa calls Mariah back, she uses video chat – which of course lets you see the person you are calling and vice versa, but you see everything going on in the background as well. Mariah is thrilled to talk to Tessa, as she really needs to talk with her girlfriend – but then she spots Tanner in the background, with no shirt! Mariah, likely because of the stress going on her life with being unemployed, possibly soon having to move in with her mother, and not wanting to impose because of her struggles with her breast cancer, jumps to conclusions and her insecurity and jealousy come to the forefront!

She blurts out, “Are you and Tanner sleeping together”? Tessa is shocked! Mariah has not communicated any insecurities or jealousy, and Tessa assumed that Mariah trusted her like Tessa trusts Mariah!

Tessa is so blindsided by this question that seems more like an accusation that she hangs up on Mariah! Tessa is also embarrassed, and that is another reason she hung up – she just simply doesn’t know how to respond – this apparent distrust on Mariah’s part is just coming out of the blue!

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Mariah Copeland Will Jump To More Incorrect Conclusions

Mariah now doesn’t know what to think – whether Tessa’s hang-up is because Mariah has angered her, or if it’s more of an “oh oh she caught me” response and she’s hung up out of defensiveness because Tessa really has been sleeping with Tanner!

It’s an easy conclusion to come to, with Tanner and Tessa having been married, and Tessa is in the shower followed by a sighting of Tanner with his shirt off, perhaps going into the shower after the two had just had sex! But what it really does is send the couple on a downward spiral and possibly to a break-up, because of Mariah’s obvious distrust of Tessa coming to the surface!
