The Young and the Restless executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith teases that when it comes to the four people involved in this very messy battle, no one will come out of this unscathed. The scribe tells Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, “Kyle’s power struggle with Theo will affect his relationship With Summer, and she will take matters into her own hands to get Theo in line!”

But then again, Summers’ attempt to help might actually end up hurting Kyle the most in the end. It will actually end up giving Theo and advantage, which is something Kyle might never forgive Summer for.

If that weren’t enough, Lola is also about to make some serious changes in her life. Griffith adds, “Lola will take inventory of what like means post-Kyle and will need to make a decision whether this will include Theo. If Theo wins his battle against Kyle, he could find himself alone at the top.”
