It turns out that his new partner is none other than Lily Winters. Now rumors are swirling that Billy and Lily could become a couple.

It could happen. All you need to do is look at The Young and the Restless Instagram Page with its recent post. The show shared a photo of the two actors together with the caption: “Who loves seeing Billy and Lily working together? We know we do! #YR.” This means that fans could see more of the pair working together. It could also mean that their working relationship turns into a romance.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Chemistry Developing Between Billy Abbott And Lily Winters

Fans can sense the chemistry between the two. They’re looking forward to this new romantic pairing. Here are just some comments that Y&R fans left:
• “They both deserve some happiness.”
• “Lily and Billy nice. Better yet, looks like Jack and Jill after all these years might finally be going up the hill together.”
• “I’m sure there will be a love story between them.”
• “Gonna be my new favorite couple when it happens!”
• “I love Lily & very happy to see her back! I have a feeling they’re going to pair her up romantically with Billy and honestly, that wouldn’t be a bad thing.”

Of course, not all The Young & the Restless fans are feeling this idea. Some of them think that Billy and Lily would make a horrible couple. While most fans are happy to see her back, they don’t think these two belong together. Here are just some of the negative comments left on Y&R’s Instagram post:

Billy and Lily surprisingly work well together. They spend a lot of time together in the office and it seems like we’re going to see more of them together. Y&R fans shouldn’t get their hopes too high yet. It’s possible that someone else could get in the middle of their working relationship.
