Many states have tried opening back up. Texas is breaking their own records each day and it is clear the state was opened up too early. A similar situation is happening in California, where the CBS studios are located.

Governor Gain Newsom said today that restrictions would be tightened back up, according to Deadline. The reasons cited include increased new COVID-19 cases and rising hospitalization rates. Although there isn’t another lockdown and there is no mention of the restrictions affecting filming, the situation can change day-by-day.

The Bold and the Beautiful is still filming and nothing has changed for General Hospital. As for Days of Our Lives, co-executive producer Greg Meng stated that they don’t want to rush back into production only to have to shut down again.
