CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and rumors indicate that Courtney Hope’s character will create drama in Genoa City. Less than two weeks after being fired from The Bold and the Beautiful, actress Courtney Hope has landed a new gig at Y&R.

The actress revealed the news via Instagram in a photo of her sporting Crimson Lights apparel. Fans are excited about Hope’s new job because they felt her talent was underutilized at B&B.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Role

Now that she’s on the sister soap Y&R, fans are curious about what character she’ll be portraying.

One possibility is that Hope could reprise her role as Sally Spectra on Y&R.

There’s been plenty of crossovers between the soaps in the past. The last time fans saw Sally, her plot about faking her illness was exposed. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) cut ties with her and went back to Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). After losing everything, Sally left town.

But could her character be seeking a fresh start in Genoa City?

Sally could come to town and get a job as a designer at Fenmore’s, Jabot, or Chancellor Industries.

Another possible character Hope could play is Heather Stevens.

Y&R Spoilers – Paul Williams’ Daughter

Heather is the daughter of Paul Williams (Doug Davidson). It’s been mentioned that Heather lives in Savannah with boyfriend Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei).

Yet, Heather could be making her way back to Genoa City soon. The storyline could have her breaking up with Daniel and coming back home to start fresh. While in town, Heather will no doubt have run-ins with Daniel’s mother Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).

Another possibility for Heather’s return could be to serve as a lawyer for a Genoa City resident. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) could be soon facing legal trouble for the murder of Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) father.

Heather and Adam were romantically involved at one point. Even though they ended their relationship on bad terms, Heather could come back to help him out of his latest jam.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – New Character

Another possibility for Courtney Hope’s Y&R role is that she’ll play a new character.

Odds are she’ll be put in with the younger characters. She could pop into town as an ex-girlfriend of Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), leading you jealousy from Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle).

Or her character could be a new employee at Jabot who attracts the attention of Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and sparking a feud with Summer Newman (Hunter King).

Another scenario has her becoming involved with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter’s (Cain Fairbanks) storyline. Mariah and Tessa has a brief break up earlier this year but eventually reconciled. Courtney’s character could be someone from their past or a newcomer causing more trouble for Teriah.

Whatever character Courtney Hope plays, fans are thrilled to see her onscreen again and hope her talent will be used on Y&R.
