The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Adam Fights For His Freedom Or Leaves GC When New ‘Y&R’ Episodes Air?

CBS The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates document that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will have two stark choices to make when viewers see him in the near future. With the production shutdown appearing to be nearing an end, new episodes seem likely to be recorded and then shown later this summer.

Adam was in danger of being questioned about two deadly incidents when viewers last saw him. Defense of his mother many years ago and a more recent self-defense act resulted in two men dying due to vastly different circumstances. Both incidents hadn’t been reported to the authorities. But the arc Adam was written into was heading that way.

He could choose to fight, or take flight, based on one, or both developing situations.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kansas Incident Likely Easier to Deal With

What happened in Kansas was justified. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is the one who made sure his then young son wouldn’t have to deal with the legal system. The Moustache is also the person who’s protected Adam’s secret for a number of decades.

While Victor did break some laws by paying off a local Coroner to lie on an official incident report, there is no information that indicates Alyssa Montalvo’s (Maria DiDomenico) father died through a plot. Adam’s act was in defense of Hope Wilson (Signy Coleman), who was being targeted by A.J. Montalvo (no actor’s name known for this role), a loan shark who was attempting to enforce debt collection.

So, what happened in Kansas probably wouldn’t cause Adam to leave town.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Las Vegas Is Completely Different

Assuming that Adam is telling the truth about the man he killed in Las Vegas, Nevada, he’s still not innocent. As fans saw, Adam and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz), never reported what happened to the authorities and are still pushing a Witness Protection Plan ruse to the man’s widow.

Victor hasn’t tipped his hand to Adam, regarding whether he has knowledge of what happened in Vegas. But savvy soap fans can see what’s coming. This second incident, which is said to have happened within the last few years, is clearly one that could result in Adam and possibly Chance being arrested.

Developing circumstances will determine whether Adam chooses to fight for his freedom, or take flight from Genoa City, Wisconsin.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chadam At The Front Of His Mind

Adam loves Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). Grossman’s character is like Victor, in that he defends his family no matter what the cost.

So, it’s reasonable to believe that Adam will once again take off in order to protect Chadam. He also might be talked into taking his wife and son with him, if one or both characters are able to convince him to do so.
