The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that when Shauna tells Wyatt that Flo his missing, he will be concerned. Once off the phone, he will mention it to Sally, not realizing she is the reason Flo’s vanished.

Sally will pretend to care, then give possible explanations for Flo not being around. Her phone died, car trouble, or has no service could all be possible reasons Sally gives for nobody being able to reach Flo. She might even fabricate Flo mentioning she had a doctor’s appointment, interview, or meeting with someone.

Sally will definitely go into a panic if Wyatt learns that Flo is missing. Nothing can trace back to Sally and Penny. While Wyatt probably will be too worried to notice Sally’s face, she doesn’t hide her guilt very well. Eventually, someone is going to notice she seems “off” when Flo is mentioned.

Even though the doctor didn’t kill Flo, they need to make sure she doesn’t tell anyone about the scheme. So, Flo could have amnesia, as many fans have speculated. Or Sally could hold Flo hostage somewhere. Maybe lock her in the basement of a vacant building and take her phone.
