The coronavirus pandemic has forced millions of people to stay inside their homes. Celebrities and soap stars are not exempted. One actor, in particular, has found himself in a unique situation during the quarantine period. “Bold and The Beautiful” star Wayne Brady shared how he ended up in self-isolation with his daughter, ex-wife, and her boyfriend.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, the actor, also known as Reese Buckingham on the sudser, explained his unique quarantine situation.

“My ex-wife Mandie and I, we have a different and a very special situation than a lot of people that co-parent … For the entire duration of [Malie’s] life, we have co-parented as best friends,” Brady explained.

He also revealed that he and Taketa “live virtually next door to each other.”

“Our quarantining is a little different, we quarantine between both of our homes and I’ve got a big backyard and lots of lands, so we both share this land and this space,” Brady added.

The actor also emphasized that he, Malie, and Mandie, along with his boyfriend Jason, are a family, a nuclear family that he values a lot.

Brady added that the pandemic has brought them closer together. The actor is spending time with his loved ones playing board games, doing TikToks, walking the dogs, and even writing songs together in his studio. He considers their quarantine as “n amazing time for family because it’s kind of like a time out.”

When asked if he stocked up rolls of toilet paper in his home, the actor didn’t give a direct reply. Instead, he shared that his mother taught him to stock up on such items as a child. He even joked that they had 50 toothbrushes and 2 closets of towels at home.

“There’s a reason I bought tons of pork and beans and toilet paper. Because you need one if you’re gonna eat the other, hallelujah,” Brady joked.

In the same interview, the actor also talked about his “double life” back when he was part of FOX’s “The Masked Singer.” For those who didn’t know, Brady won the competition, where he appeared anonymously as the fox.

“Trust me, when you win something, that kind of helps you sleep well at night,” he joked.
