The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, January 9, tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will hear the words he’s been longing to hear for weeks now. As B&B viewers know, he and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) have been estranged over their disagreement concerning Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

Brooke has long maintained that Thomas is “sick” and a psychopath who needs intensive psychological treatment. She rallied for Thomas to lose custody of his son Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri), and she is the one who instigated the breakup with Ridge by taking off her wedding rings when she didn’t like how Ridge handled the Thomas situation.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Forrester Wants To Reconcile With Ridge Forrester

According to B&B spoilers, Brooke will do an about-face when she asks Ridge to come back home to the mansion. Perhaps the experience of signing the divorce papers and spending the holidays apart will make Brooke realize just how much she misses Ridge. Or maybe she’ll finally come to the decision that Thomas is really moving on with Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and that she no longer poses a threat to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

Whatever the case, it will certainly be a welcome conversation for Ridge. He’s been begging Brooke to reconcile for a long time, and he’ll be thrilled with the prospect of moving back home and getting on with their life together.

B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Is Desperate To Stay In Hope Logan’s Life

Meanwhile, on Thursday’s new episode of B&B, it appears that Thomas will be back to his manipulative self. As B&B viewers know, he interrupted Hope and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) evening when Liam was proposing to Hope. And Thomas quickly realized that there were strings attached to Liam’s marriage proposal.

Specifically, Liam agreed to marry Hope only under the condition that she completely cut ties to Thomas. Hope balked at that stipulation, as she was unwilling to give up working with Thomas at Forrester Creations and especially unwilling to give up co-parenting Douglas.

Well, when Thomas found out about that stipulation, that got him seriously worried that all of his hard work to get closer to Hope might be for nothing – but only if Hope agrees to Liam’s terms. So on Thursday’s B&B episode, Thomas will arrange a situation that he thinks will ensure that Hope will most definitely not agree to marry Liam.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Uses Steffy Forrester In His Plan

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that Thomas will manipulate Hope, and he’ll use Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in his plan. Of course, it won’t be the first time that Thomas has used Steffy in one of his plots. B&B viewers will remember that last summer, Thomas drugged Liam on the 4th of July party to set the stage for Liam and Steffy to sleep together.

His plan worked since Steffy and Liam did make love, which was something that caused serious problems for Hope and Liam later. Well, now, it appears that Thomas will put a similar situation together. According to B&B spoilers, Thomas will arrange a situation where Steffy and Liam end up kissing. Exactly how he does this remains to be seen, but his plan will work beautifully.

Not only will Liam and Steffy kiss, but Thomas will arrange it for Hope to walk in at the precise moment that the kiss takes place. It’s going to be quite a scene and will result in a huge confrontation at the cliff house. Hope will probably be seriously upset that Liam ran from a proposal to her straight to Steffy, and it certainly doesn’t seem like she’ll be willing to consider Liam’s terms now.
