However, he isn’t going to agree and it’s all because it would be “upsetting” to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang).

B&B spoilers reveal that Quinn suggested to Ridge how he can “do right by Shauna.” She thinks that a wedding do-over where Ridge and Shauna have a real wedding would be a great idea. Of course, fans know Quinn’s true intention is to get Brooke to stop fighting for Ridge. She thinks that if Brooke knows that Ridge is marrying Shauna for the second time, then she will give up.

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, actor Thorsten Kaye discussed the storyline. He said that Ridge would love to make Shauna happy. He knows that she has never been married before and should have a real wedding, especially one that the groom can remember! However, he is also overly concerned about what Brooke would think.

“Ridge would like to give Shauna her day, but he would be upset if he upset Brooke, which is what this would surely do… he wants her [Shauna] to have a nice memory, just without hurting Brooke.”

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that even though “Bridge” are not together right now, Brooke still has an incredible amount of control. Every decision Ridge makes has him worried about “what will Brooke think” or “it will upset Brooke.” If he isn’t getting back together with her, then it shouldn’t matter what she thinks.

She should also consider how her slobbering all over Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) face was upsetting to Ridge. But no matter what happens, Brooke justifies or excuses her behavior, but has a massive temper tantrum when someone does the same thing to her.

Ridge and Brooke have spent years getting together, breaking up, and reconciling. Brooke seems to think that they always get back together because of “destiny” or true love. But, it appears that it’s more of an addiction or obsession. The way that Brooke has power and control over Ridge’s every decision even though they are not together is downright creepy.

Shauna isn’t the right woman for Ridge, either. What he needs to do is be by himself for a while instead of bouncing around from woman to woman. But this is a soap, so we know that’s not going to happen. He will ultimately pick one woman to be with and the truth about everything will come out. But which one will get her man? Brooke Logan Forrester or Shauna Fulton?
