However, he gave a long hesitation before saying her name. Could he have just she was Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) just for a split second while his eyes were closed?

B&B spoilers indicate that Thomas really doesn’t want to move on from Hope. However, he is left with little choice because everyone is onto him and his antics. In his mind, if he can convince everyone that he has a new love interest, then they will back off. Thomas is also hoping that it allows Hope to put her guard down and “trust” him again.

However, pretending to move onto someone else is proving to be more difficult for Thomas than he imagined. That was evident by his long pause before saying Zoe’s name after kissing her. It was almost like he was trying to remember her name.

The only time she worries is when Thomas stops making out with her and has a concerned look on his face. She asks him what’s wrong, but he continues kissing her and takes her to bed. She might dismiss this in the hopes of romance. However, she will recall it later on when things don’t quite add up.
