This year hasn’t been the best one on record for Steffy. She lost her baby Phoebe when it was revealed that the little tot actually belonged to Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) instead. If that weren’t enough, she also ended up in a bad motorcycle crash that has left her in a lot of pain.

According to Soap Opera Digest, Hope wants to help Steffy and suggests that she can take care of her daughter Kelly for her while she recuperates. Unfortunately for Hope though, Steffy doesn’t think that it’s a good idea at all. She still holds a lot of resentment towards her.

Speaking to the publication in a new interview, actress Annika Noelle puts it this way, “She lost Phoebe to Hope so you can’t blame her for being wary of Hope’s intentions. But from Hope’s point of view, you have a toddler running around the house.

You are a single parent without any help and you have a rib injury, so you can’t pick up a kid if you need to heal. Hope is coming from a good place of concern and wanting Steffy to take care of herself, but she knows Steffy is going to be stubborn and wants to do it all herself. Hope is trying to say, ‘We’ve got your back. We are here to support you and if Kelly wants to spend the night, let us do that for you.’”
